Full-Color Advertising in the Program Book

Your advertisement in the conference program book is an effective way to put information in front of the eyes of attendees. In addition to the printed program, your clickable ad will reside online in the program book pdf. Posted just before the conference to the ILA website, the program book, containing your ad, remains available for access long after the conference ends. Please note, a pdf of your print ready ad is due 15 September 2019.

Host a reception recognizing your organization/university at the conference. ILA provides a room in the Shaw Centre (the location of the conference) on Friday, the 25th of October for your event. Your reception can be listed on the ILA conference overview web page, in the online daily agenda, and in the full-color printed program. For $800 more, receive the conference attendee email list three weeks in advance for a one-time, honor system use. Please Note: During conference registration, attendees are asked if they are okay with their email address being shared with conference sponsors, about half of the attendees agree.
