There are many ways to experience this year’s ILA Global Conference! Depending on your schedule and/or preference, you can choose to participate in the Online Conference only, or, get the best of two worlds by choosing our AllAccess pass  which will give you full access to both the online conference and in-person conference.

Group Invoicing Option

Need to pay for a group all at once? If your organization has a group of 5 or more, we can provide a group invoice option instead of paying 5+ individual invoices. If you would like to pay for a group of registrants, please email global2022@ilaglobalnetwork.org with the subject line “Group Invoice”. If you have the names of the registrants, please provide the names in the body of the email. Once the invoice is paid, we will provide a discount code for your attendees to use during the registration process.

Please note: Group invoicing does not register your attendees for the event. Each attendee must still complete the registration form themselves using the discount code linked to the group invoice.

Conference Policies

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be emailed to global2022@ilaglobalnetwork.org by 13 September 2022. Cancellations received before the deadline are eligible for a refund for their registration fees, less an $80 processing fee. Ticketed events are non-refundable but are eligible for a one-time transfer to another registrant. Refunds will be processed monthly using the same method used for payment.

Cancellations received after 13 September 2022 are not refundable. In the event of cancellation due to extreme circumstances, the ILA will not review or discuss special requests until November 15. If we need further information, an ILA staff member will contact you.   

Visa Related Policies

The ILA offers a link to generate an invitation letter after registering for the conference. ILA can not assist with or guarantee the issuance of a visa to attend the conference. In the event of a visa denial, cancellations must be emailed to global2022@ilaglobalnetwork.org by 13 September 2022. Conference registration fees can be refunded less a $80 administrative fee if a cancellation request is received in writing on or before 13 September 2022. No refunds can be issued after 13 September 2022.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are only valid at the time of the initial purchase/completion of the registration form. Refunds will not be provided for existing registrations where the discount code was received after the initial purchase. There is a limit of 1 discount code per registrant.

Conference and Ticketed Event Substitutions

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference or ticketed event, they may make a one-time substitution by emailing global2022@ilaglobalnetwork.org by 27 September 2022. Depending on the complexity of the request, the ILA reserves the right to assess a $30 change fee.

In the event of a substitution, the substitute will be responsible for any additional fees associated with the registration and ticketed events. For example, if an ILA member wants to transfer to a non-member, the difference between the member and non-member price is due.

In the event that a registrant is no longer able to attend in-person in Washington D.C. and wishes to move to the online only portion of the event, the ILA will refund the difference in registration fees minus a $50 administrative fee if received by email to global2022@ilaglobalnetwork.org before 13 September 2022.  No refunds will be provided after this date.

Registered for online only but want to attend in Washington D.C.? Please email us at global2022@ilaglobalnetwork.org and an ILA staff member will follow up as soon as they are available.  You will be responsible for the difference in pricing.

I confirm that within the conference event space, my remarks and comments, both written and oral, will not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including any copyright, trademark, and privacy rights). They will be factually accurate and contain nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful. I agree to release ILA from any liability if my presentation is found to violate trademark, copyright, or any other intellectual property right.

I am aware that ILA conference sessions may be recorded, streamed, and rebroadcast or reproduced as images. By registering, I consent to the recording or photography of my image, voice, name, and any content I provide, including presentations, logos, trademarks, comments, questions, or chats. I understand that online session recordings and onsite plenary and spotlight session recordings will be available for viewing by conference registrants after the conference. I consent to the future use of video recordings, images, or photographs by ILA, its agents, and its authorized third parties in whole or in part for promotional or educational purposes.

If as a presenter, I wish to restrict the ILA’s future use of the video recording of my presentation beyond access for conference registrants, I understand I may opt out from other potential uses by completing the form here.

The ILA considers the safety of all those onsite at ILA events to be our top priority. As information pertaining to COVID-19 is ever evolving, ILA will monitor and provide updates on protocols in place at the conference location – Washington, DC, USA. I am aware that all COVID-19 protocols in place at the conference location at the time of the event will be observed by ILA and by registering I am agreeing to follow all COVID-19 protocols in place at the conference.

I agree to read COVID-19 updates emailed by ILA and to follow the recommended safety measures. While ILA will make its best efforts to reduce the risk of COVID-19 and any other type of harm, I acknowledge that the responsibility to attend the conference is mine alone and I freely waive any claims to damages. I agree that I will not attend the conference if I have tested positive for COVID-19 or been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19 within the CDC recommended quarantine period. I understand that I am responsible for checking my country of return Health Requirements and for paying any associated testing or other costs.
