Group Invoicing

Streamline your team’s registration with our convenient group invoicing option. Perfect for organizations bringing 5 or more attendees, this option consolidates your payments into one easy transaction.

  1. Complete the Group Invoicing Request Form: 

    • For groups with 5-10 attendees, enter each person’s information in the provided fields.
    • For groups larger than 10, simply upload your attendee list when prompted.
  2. Receive Your Invoice: We’ll send you one comprehensive invoice for your group, eliminating the hassle of multiple payments.

  3. Group Code for Hassle-Free Registration: Upon settling your group invoice, we’ll provide a unique group code linked to your invoice. Your attendees can then use this code to register seamlessly, bypassing the payment step.

Please Note:

  • Registration Requirement: Obtaining a group invoice does not automatically register the attendees for the event. Each attendee will need to complete their individual registration using the group code.

Conference Policies

Registration Cancellations must be submitted here by 13 September 2023. Cancellations received before the deadline are eligible for a refund for their registration fees, less an $80 processing fee. Ticketed events are non-refundable but are eligible for a one-time transfer to another registrant. Refunds will be processed monthly using the same method used for payment.

Cancellations received after 13 September 2023 are not refundable. In extremely rare circumstances, the ILA may issue a special credit for a future event to be used within one year. Special requests for these circumstances will be reviewed and determined after 15 November.

Please note that membership dues are not refundable, and that discount or special promotion codes may only be used on new registrations, not retroactively applied to existing registrations.

Conference and Ticketed Event Substitutions

If a registrant is unable to attend the conference or ticketed event, they may make a one-time substitution here by 27 September 2023. Depending on the complexity of the request, the ILA reserves the right to assess a $30 change fee.

In the event of a substitution, the substitute will be responsible for any additional fees associated with the registration and ticketed events. For example, if an ILA member wants to transfer to a non-member, the difference between the member and non-member price is due.

In the event that a registrant is no longer able to attend in-person and wishes to move to the online only portion of the event, the ILA will refund the difference in registration fees minus a $50 administrative fee if received here before 13 September 2023. No refunds will be provided after this date.

Registered for online only but want to change to All-Access (in-person & online)? Please email us at and an ILA staff member will follow up as soon as they are available.  You will be responsible for the difference in pricing. 

I confirm that within the conference event space, my remarks and comments, both written and oral, will not violate any proprietary or personal rights of others (including any copyright, trademark, and privacy rights). They will be factually accurate and contain nothing defamatory or otherwise unlawful. I agree to release ILA from any liability if my presentation is found to violate trademark, copyright, or any other intellectual property right.

I am aware that ILA conference sessions may be recorded, streamed, and rebroadcast or reproduced as images. By registering, I consent to the recording or photography of my image, voice, name, and any content I provide, including presentations, logos, trademarks, comments, questions, or chats. I understand that online session recordings and onsite plenary and spotlight session recordings will be available for viewing by conference registrants after the conference. I consent to the future use of video recordings, images, or photographs by ILA, its agents, and its authorized third parties in whole or in part for promotional or educational purposes.

If as a presenter, I wish to restrict the ILA’s future use of the video recording of my presentation beyond access for conference registrants, I understand I may opt out from other potential uses by completing the form here.

ILA cannot assist with or guarantee the issuance of a visa to attend the conference. In the event of a visa denial, cancellations or changes to an online registration must be made here. Conference registration fees can be refunded less a $80 administrative fee if a cancellation request is received in writing on or before 13 September 2023. No refunds can be issued after 13 September 2023.

Discount codes are only valid at the time of the initial purchase/completion of the registration form. Refunds will not be provided for existing registrations where the discount code was received after the initial purchase. There is a limit of 1 discount code per registrant.
