Description

As the Age of Artificial Intelligence reshapes modern organizations, leaders are managing an unprecedented structural paradox. While AI accelerates computational speed, automation, and algorithmic efficiency, it is simultaneously amplifying a human crisis: rapid organizational displacement, severe burnout striking at both ends of the corporate ladder, moral injury, and systemic loneliness across all levels within communities.

Thriving in an automated future requires more than passive resilience—it demands

Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG). This is the profound functional leap in which leaders actively rewire their cognitive frameworks to transform disruptive institutional stress into regenerative organizational capability that positively impacts work and life dynamics.

This exclusive, pre-conference session breaks away from passive lectures to deliver an interactive, high-impact learning lab that bridges cutting-edge neuroplasticity coaching and human-centric business transformation in practice.

The Cinematic Catalyst: Prior to the ILA Global Conference, we begin with a virtual, community watch party of the award-winning independent film, Sheepdog, an uplifting original story, inspired by countless first-hand testimonials about recovery, redemption, and the journey of healing. Through the narrative of a decorated combat veteran navigating PTSD, community tough love, and psychological safety, participants will visually analyze the real-time neural architecture of trauma recovery, stress mitigation, and human vulnerability—the precise emotional and cognitive attributes that AI cannot replicate yet are vital to healing an exhausted workforce at every organizational level and community at large. The organizer will reach out to all registrants with the day and time by 5 October. If you are unable to attend the virtual watch party, please arrange to stream the film on your own.

The Cafecito Roundtable: The organizer plans to reach out to all registrants in October to help coordinate an offsite lunch (pay for your own meal) at a local Toronto eatery prior to the start of the event. This mid-day gathering is designed as an intentional, collaborative space to step away from the digital noise, share diverse perspectives, and build authentic peer-to-peer connections over lunch before we officially begin the pre-conference workshop.

The Neuroplasticity Lab: During the pre-con, attendees will experience an interactive practicum. The cohort will be divided into intimate “Coaching Circles,” each limited to 5 peers. Utilizing cutting-edge neuroplasticity-based coaching methodologies and service-oriented leadership metrics, you will learn to build a literal Daily Neural Workout® and map out a Neural Blueprint®. This hands-on tool equips your team to break free from stagnant stress loops, maximize executive cognitive flexibility, and lead with deep human intelligence alongside advanced technology.

What You Will Receive: Every registered participant will receive a physical copy of the custom session workbook created by the session curator Dr. Joanne Vázquez de Príncipe, DM-OL (Founder & CEO, Purposeful Advising & Coaching) to guide their human-centered AI integration, executive restoration, and frontline renewal strategies long after the conference ends.
