We are thrilled to welcome you to ILA’s 26th Global Conference in Chicago, Illinois, from 7-10 November 2024! To help you prepare, here’s everything you need to know before attending the conference.
CONFERENCE DATES & LOCATION
- Dates: 7-10 November 2024
- Location: Hilton Chicago, 720 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL, USA, on the traditional unceded homelands of the Council of the Three Fires: the Ojibwe, Odawa, and Potawatomi Nations.
TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
- Air Travel: Fly into Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) or Midway International Airport (MDW).
- Parking: The Hilton Chicago offers on-site parking. For details and rates, visit Hilton Chicago’s amenities page and scroll down for parking information.
- Public Transit: Accessible via the CTA Red Line and several bus routes.

- Hilton Chicago: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00.

Please note that we will not hold luggage at the conference registration desk. However, attendees can store their luggage with the Hilton Chicago’s front desk. For more information on any potential storage fees or conditions, please ask the front desk staff upon your arrival.

CONFERENCE HUB
Continental AB serves as the central hub of the Global Conference! Just down the hall from the
ILA Registration, Badge Pick-Up, & Information Counter, the hub is where you’ll find coffee and tea
throughout the day and where you can grab coffee and tea and take a stroll past sponsor exhibits and
poster presentations!

HOW TO ACCESS THE MOBILE APP & ATTENDEE HUB WEBSITE

Step 2. Open the app and search for event “International Leadership Association’s 26th Global Conference.”

Step 4. While some app features are public, you’ll need to log in to access the most useful features. Log in with your first name, last name, and the email address you used when you registered for the conference.
Step 5. Verify your account. You’ll receive an email containing a verification code. Please check your spam folder if you don’t receive it in 1-2 minutes.

Step 1. Enter your Info. You’ll be prompted to enter your first name, last name, and email address. Be sure to use the email you used to register for the conference. Then click Next.
Step 2. Verify your account. You’ll either receive an email and text message containing a verification code, or just an email. Read it, then return to your browser, enter the code, and click Log in.
NOTE: Verification codes can only be used once and expire after 24 hours. If you’re logging in on multiple devices, you’ll receive a new verification code for each.

Packing Tips!
Don’t forget the chargers / converters for your electronics, comfortable shoes, and layers as meeting room temperatures may vary. There is no dress code, however typically people are in business casual clothing.
