Janet Foutty spent over 30 years at Deloitte and served as CEO of Deloitte Consulting and U.S. Board Chair of Deloitte. She is the bestselling co-author of Arrive and Thrive, 7 Impactful Practices for Women Navigating Leadership. 

Janet Foutty is an accomplished senior business leader, technologist, author, and frequent public speaker. She has been published in top-tier business publications including Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal, and is a bestselling co-author of Arrive and Thrive, 7 Impactful Practices for Women Navigating Leadership.
